ITEM SOURCING

Sometimes all a space needs is one or two pieces to be changed. Maybe new lighting, an accent chair or you might need something that is a very specific size. We'll work together to define your style, size requirements, etc. and I'll provide three options for each piece.

-$65 for one and $100 for two

DESIGN WALK THROUGH

We’ll walk through your home together and discuss what you love and what really isn’t working. I’ll give you real-time suggestions along the way. You'll receive a written outline of what I would recommend to improve the functionality and asthetics of your space(s). This includes general item sourcing, layout suggestions and where to shop.

-$250/hour (1-hour minimum)

-Additional fee for travel outside of 20 miles

DETAILED DESIGN

If you’re looking for more a detailed design along with recommendations I’ll provide: measurements of the existing areas (depending on project scope), specific links to item sources and proposed layout drawings.

-$500 per room*

COMPLETE DESIGN

This is for really outdated or dysfunctional spaces, those that need a complete redesign or may need other trades involved (electrician, plumber, etc.).
